I didn't realize they were not 12 individual bookmarks but a booklet of perforated smaller than typical bookmarks - more like "bookmark-like" cards -- as if you would cut out a design and make a "makeshift" bookmark 00 so they aren't large enough or quality enough for my purposes (due to the size and the rough torn out edges). They are VERY pretty in terms of the design but the presentation is low quality. One got torn 'tearing here' to separate them. :(
Here are even MORE bookmarks from the Dover series and these are very nice too. Like the others, they are about 2"x6", printed on heavy coated stock, and neatly and easily separate from the perforated pages. Each bookmark has what may be a watercolor painting that duplicates a section of Tiffany stained glass and the artist may be Connie Clough Eaton, but unfortunately there is no detail in the description.These are attractive and colorful bookmarks just like the others in the Dover series. They'll make a nice little additional gift when you give a book to someone or even make a nice, handy gift for yourself. I always have a book of these lying around the house so they are always handy.
I wish that these were microperforated so that they camr apart cleaner. I cleaned up the edges with scissors though which made them look nice. These are glossy printed cardboard. I'm glad I didn't pay much for them, but they make great tracers when I read and great economical book marks. Pretty, but not particularly high quality.

I like to include a bookmark in the Birthday/Get Well/Thinking of You cards I send, and these have beautiful colors, firm cardstock. Altho they're perforated, I used papercutter or scissors to trim edges if needed. Great price for a dozen, would've cost a lot more to buy them individually at a store.
These bookmarks are small and come in a little booklet and you tear each out, one by one, each bookmark. They are put out by Dover Publications which print out a lot of cheap publications that basically get the job done. The same with these bookmarks. They are not fancy by any means but if you are looking for something to hold your place in a book other than a scrap of paper, at least these are charming. Amazon carries these in many styles suitable for both women and gentlemen and I believe children too. Please give them a try. This is great for home use but would not recommend giving these as a gift. Well, maybe your Mom.
I bought these bookmarks in order to qualify for Free Shipping and because I absolutely adore bookmarks of all kinds. These are very good quality to me and perfect for their job. The fronts of the bookmarks are shiny smooth and seemingly durable, while the backs are raw cardboard. I really enjoy the patterns and can definitely see myself buying more. They are such cute stocking stuffers or little gifts! I think the only downside is that the black borders around each image are not even, but that was easily solved by cutting the borders off. I think for the money, these bookmarks were a great buy.
I originally came across these when I was trying to get my total up to reach the free shipping mark. I was looking for just any bookmark, but then saw these. For the price of less than one thick, fancy bookmark, I got twelve beautiful ones. Sure they're thinner, but I actually think many bookmarks are too thick so they end up falling out of the book, and I had been trying to find thinner ones for a while, but didn't even know if they existed. Of course, I wouldn't recommend these for unusually thick books, like dictionaries, art books, hardcovers with a whole lot of pages, etc. But for your average book, they do. You could always glue two together, to make one thicker one (have one picture on the back, one on the front), or laminate them, etc. to extend the use. But they've been good for me as is. I also got the Degas ones which are great too. Plan on getting some more too. As for the actual pictures, the quality is pretty good. I noticed a review or two complaining of the colors, but I don't find that so. They definitely aren't dull, and are somewhat bright. Sure, they're not ALL my favorites of Tiffany's works, but they're all nice enough, especially for the price, and there are some really beautiful ones in there.
