Chris breaks down his model into easily understand concepts.You buy a home via Lease Option, you sell it to someone who wants to own a home, but needs some help with their credit also on a lease option, and you get THREE different paydays.... with NO MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET!!I have read some books with similar concepts, but not the way Chris and his team do it.Do what Chris tells you to do, stick to it, and you will be successful. This book and system of real estate investing is incredible! No where else do you provide such a valuable service to both desperate Home Sellers and desperate Home Buyers. Chris has gone through the worst real estate losses of anyone I know of, but he didn't let it stop him or hold him down. He built upon those losses to come up with a model for investing that is more lucrative than anything else I've seen. You won't hear this model from anyone else. Chris has a nack for being able to cut through the fog and light up the next step for you to take. He's practical and is willing to share his knowledge with others until they become successful in the process as well.
